Well, possibly she has the right to put whatever she likes up on her house—although there usually are community regulations about that.
But I’m not sure if she has a right to enter a Christmas contest, in the name of “educating” her neighbors about the real meaning of Christmas.
That ain’t the real meaning of Christmas.
