The nuclear bomb in the diner was a nice touch.

I had lightning strike powerlines over my head (by 13-20 feet) and otherwise nearby (traffic light while I was at the intersection, neighbor’s house, etc.). Only ever saw one meteor shower.
I had a friend who was struck by lighting in a car (he was the passenger and touched the window when it happened).

Yep. I thought it was a good terrible movie. (if that makes sense)

“Are meteorites caused by global warming?”
It’s probably like our house insurance policy where Ocare doesn’t cover your health if “an act of God” (or whatever term they are now using instead of God” — so no health care for you if you semi-drown in a flood, or get singed by lightning, or hit by a meteorite. You think?

We had house guests last weekend and took them to Loxahatchee for an airboat tour of the swamps/everglades.
We were keeping our eyes open for gators... I guess we should have been on the lookout for meteorites.

OH no, no, no, no, no, NO!!! Do NOT go there.
We’ll all find ourselves subsidizing Celestial Falling Object Injury Coverage on top of all the other CRAP most of us don’t want to pay for.

looks like he picked his super power outfit just in the nick of time. LOL! Never noticed that. Well, those Silver Age comic book artists & editors were under the gun to get those issues out, I guess. :0)

LOL, CFOI — love a new acronym.
I remember a few months back reading about Ocare’s detailed coverage list (not the entire list — but an excerpt) and I think it was about geese. How there is one schedule # for being bitten by a goose, another for hit in the eye by a goose, tripping over a goose, and on and on, and about 5 more that I can’t even imagine or think of now they were so bizarre and made me wonder if these braniacs in DC did that for every conceivable injury and animal. CFOI is probably on this list.
