I listen to his radio show. No credits for me to read with the proper spelling of his name! :-)
Mark
I’ve heard an old saying “Don’t mess with old men, they’ve nothing to lose since they have lived their lives and thus, they’ll just kill you if you don’t get the drop on them!
The one I heard was:
“Never pick a fight with an old man. He won’t fight you. He’ll just kill you.”
“...terrified of police officers, because they might shoot him.”
That might describe a lot of people...many of whom are on the “right side of the law”.
I read through to the end of this thread (currently 63 posts) and didn’t see mention of this:
WHO THE HE** ISSUED THE TRESPASS NOTICE?
The posted article uses the words “no trespassing order” which means someone (court clerk? judge?) had to issue the order.
I can see it now — “You want a trespass order? Reason for issuing? The parent has a CCL? Alrighty, then; here ya go.” [judge/clerk signs trespass order]
No worries.
They can be held liable now. It's not the law that makes people sue the school district instead of the individual, it's greed. Taxpayers have the deep pockets.
Call it greed it you want. It's the vaunted "taxpayer" who is the negligent deadbeat here. What happens if I go out and acquire a vicious dog, refuse to keep it on a leash or pinned up, it runs down the street and mauls one of the neighbors? You're damned skippy my ass would be in a financial sling for negligence civilly if not criminally. Same goes for these precious taxpayers who refuse to keep their bureaucrats on a leash and they go out and abuse people or wreck lives. That's not greed. It's people paying for being negligent with their dangerous animals.
> That picture, from the article, looks to be the aggrieved Mother - Tanya Mount.
Not the principal - Janina C. Dallas.
Did you click the link? It goes to a photo of her and another one that is right beside her that shows the same woman with her name listed right underneath. Its her.
Must not be looking at the same picture I am then. Here’s the same gal in another photo with her name in the caption:
Tale from Wussville, Georgia, where the wussy running the local elementary school doesn’t know how to treat a lady who can use a gun.
PING!
