The problem is that the senior Republican and Democrat legislators are in the bucket with Obama. We know that Roberts is in the same bucket. So with the legislature and the courts being thoroughly corrupted, how can we win?

An armed march on DC? The unarmed marches don’t accomplish much from what I can tell. Sure they make people feel good but feeling good isn’t getting the job done.

I can’t believe this guy has a law degree. The “legal reasoning” is infantile.

it is now apparent that the entire obozocare is a lie as to what we were told it would be. Why hasn't someone filed suit against this government for miss appropriation of tax payer funds for creating this fraudulent law?

What about Mr. Appropriation? Shouldn't he have to answer as well?

Question to anyone.....

Is it still legal for an insurance company to write and sell a policy that does NOT conform to ObamaCare rules?

Why do I ask?

When you read the fine print on ObamaCare, you realize that the IRS has almost no authority to collect “fines” from people who do not buy an ObamaCare policy.

Those “fines” will get VERY big by 2017.

However, the IRS cannot garnish your wages, seize property, impose liens, or put you in jail if you refuse to pay the “fine.”

The IRS can only take money out of your tax refund, IF you have a tax refund.

Source Link: https://www.jct.gov/publications.html?func=startdown&id=3673 (page 33, paragraph 2)

Consequently.....

If you can find an insurance company that will legally sell you the policy you want, you can completely avoid ObamaCare and have NO legal or financial risk!

Yep, that’s the way it’s written...TODAY. Don’t believe it will remain that way.

Don’t defund it...repeal it. That is the ONLY way to be rid of this trash.

Have any politicians or union thugs signed up for ObamaCare yet? It’s “very popular” don’t you know.

Marches do nothing, and, with all the purges of the military going on, they have to fear the US Army attacking them, like they did in 1932. With a racist communist king in power, who knows what could happen.

It was ruled a tax, but originated in the senate, hence it is unlawful...as taxes must originate in the house...

Oh that legal reasoning would all be so !

I shouldn’t need a law degree or to hire a lawyer to understand the law.

Just like I shouldn’t need an CPA and posse of ex-IRS agents in order to file my yearly taxes.

Shakespeare had it right.....

That problem will be corrected either via a “technical correction” or EO from nobama.

No way they’ll leave it the way it is.

With the Supreme Court ruling that it is a tax, the law as written may be over-ruled with the court ruling that says it is a tax, so it could be enforced and collected as such.
We’ve already seen delays of portions of the law and giving subsidies to states that don’t qualify. So this administration is already ignoring the letter of the law for the spirit ... well, their desires.

Re: “The law as written may be over-ruled with the court ruling that says it is a tax.”

That was my first instinct, too.

I've brought that idea up before on other threads, but several people shot it down for various reasons.

Time will tell.
