just proves what my father told me back in the 50’s. He was a cop and said if the guys on the street are getting away with crap, its their commanders fault. The higher up is the one that doesn't discipline such unprofessional actions and protects them. Instead of the old saying...follow the money, you have to follow the chain of command to get at the problem...

Did you notice Sheriff Lott’s attitude took a complete 180°. A disturbing part is that he must have seen this video before he made his early statements defending the bad cop. So yeah, it wasn’t the video, but the video going viral which changed his mind. What kind of sick bastard could defend what we see on that video, and issue a public statement that he was authorized to do that and the police made a mistake by arresting him?
