I actually don’t. It isn’t the job of past presidents to armchair quaterback the current president, and the presidents that have class understand that.

in any case do you really think this wouldn’t somehow be spun by the media and demtards as a racist attack on our savior president that saved us all from Bush’s last eight years? He’s just having a real hard time cleaning up the mess Bush left for him. That’s all that becomes.

i believe it does take some restraint not to say something, the urge must be palpable.

All it would do is make him the democrat whipping boy and all other current events would be forgotten by the media.

Why would any of us want that?

If Bush said anything....anything......the Democrat press would focus all the Democrats on him. Even Leon Panetta is getting after Obama. Bush can’t say anything that will cause Obama to resign. The Democrats have to do that. The only way they’ll tell Obama to resign is when Obama starts to hurt the Democrat party. Obama is hurting the Democrat party. Everything he does hurts the Democrat party. Leave Bush out of this. Sit back and enjoy the ride. This has been the best Summer I’ve had since I was a kid.

I liked him until he started signing spending bills that were pushing us into a severe defecit. By 2006 I was screaming at him to stop signing these spending bills. Like became revulsion, as my blind eyes were opened to what a politician can do to damage a country ......

I want W to enjoy his retirement; why do you this his problem or responsiblity? He is already blamed for all that is wrong with the world, if he did get involved it would become about him and not about the budget.

It is up to the American people to stand up and demand a budget. Our current elected officials are responsible for the budget and our elected representatives need to hear from us in large numbers about this issue or they will continue to rock along as they have been.

Yeah, that’s a good synopsis about how I felt about him. But Obastard reminded me it could have been a lot worse: We could have elected Manbearpig and/or Lurch.

The Bush family are agents of the new world order they are not patriots as you would define patriot. inb4 Bush apologists[.]

New World Order. Is that the order established by the Little White Big Heads who fly the saucers? Or is that new world odor? Sometimes, you can't tell which order is which. Or which odor is which.

I want W to stand up as a man and a president and demand that there at the very least be a budget.

Why? Would it make you like him more? It sure wouldn't change anything; but it would give the Dems and the media another excuse to attack him instead of Obama. He's doing the right thing by remaining silent.

Do you have any clue how much influence an ex-president has over the congresss? Apparently you do not.It is extreme.

Amazing. The man has been out of the White House for years and he is still destroying the country. Its going to take Obama another two or three presidential terms to turn this ship around. Maybe more.

Let me ask you one question. Did George W. Bush have to run a government on a budget or did he not?
