Hope not. Fitz is a large part of the NU turnaround.

Exactly! They’re in for quite a shock.

One thing rarely mentioned..that the games at Kyle...and ‘Bama’s NEVER experienced that before..

Well not for almost 25 years. The game was originally scheduled for September 1988, but was postponed till December due to concerns that a hurricane would hit near Houston and travel through College Station. By the time the game was played, Jackie Sherill was out as the A&M coach due to another recruiting scandal involving A&M players. R. C. Slocum was the acting head coach.

Thanks...Back then, Kyle Field only held about 65,000..it’s had 2 or 3 renovations/expansions since..and wasn’t as loud. Also, the endzone seats were much further from the closed end of the field. It’s far different today...and after the upcoming expansion to 105,000 or so..it’s really gonna be something..

Oregon’s doing about 60 @ game, I don’t see Tennessee getting 35. I’d take the under.

Alabama’s second string is better than A&M’s starters. The only way Bama loses this game is for the loudmouth little worm midget of a quarterback to once again cause them fits. If Bama can keep this arrogant prick in the pocket there is no way they lose to this team. If not, they can very easily lose it. The officials, the media, everyone and their brother wants Alabama to lose. A&M will be given every call in the book.
