When the NCAA takes 6 hours to interview you on violations it’s as simple as goin’ fishin’...they didn’t have jack on him. He knows it, the school knows it, the world knows it.
The NCAA was made to look the fools that they are.

The NCAA was made to look the fools that they are. Fools perhaps, but very well compensated fools.

Thats the NCAA saying: we dont have the power of subpoena and your dad can afford better lawyers than ours, but we all know you broke a rule. Four letters....E-S-P-N.

And it's not like an SEC rival wouldn't put the accusation out there to get the opposition's star player suspended. There are plenty of explanations that don't involve any wrong doing by Manziel. And if the NCAA has no evidence, then it's case closed.

ESPN doesn’t care, they show plenty of college games with suspended players, even with teams that are bowl ineligible. The NCAA cares though, their authority is being seriously challenged lately from the college level, add in a kid whose family can afford to sue them over the ridiculous rule that disallows players from making money from their own autograph. That could bust the NCAA even faster than the super conferences will.

I'm sure there are some sweaty palms here in Indianapolis at NCAA HQ. They have a very lucrative operation with many highly paid employees.

He sold nothing. Read the article.
The article also says nothing about why he was suspended at all then.
To: The_Victor

Yep,
Had Johnny Football been black like say Cam Newton not a thing would have happened to him.
Hell, Newtons dad shopped the kid to the highest bodder.
Whay can i get to have my kid come play at your college?
See Johnny had you only been born black you could already be making millions.

4500 violations = 30 minutes. The Buckeyes punished for an entire season. Just remember, the Buckeyes were UNDEFEATED for the ENTIRE SEASON.

ESPN doesn’t write a bunch of retarded rules. ESPN doesn’t take trophies away or vacate wins. In fact ESPN complains a lot about how the NCAA runs college football.

Exactly, and ESPN has the money, so they make the rules....the NCAA’s power is wilting with each passing day.
And after the licking they took over the Penn State sanctions and the Miami debacle, they are gun shy.
