I know children are far different today when I raised my six...when we have my grown children friends come over and they bring their kids with them...I can barely contain my tongue
They are loud, unruly, undisciplined, needy, whiny, deaf to any adult command, expect for mine...(they know better)
I can barely imagine trying to teach and maintain control over 30 or so of them...
Today's parents for the most part are complete morons...raised on liberals child rearing nonsense and other related BS

It looks to me like they are not lining up in front of an individual. Sounds like the same idea as telling everyone to “freeze” where they are.

For one thing, we Catholics still genuflect at Church before getting into a pew to show respect for the Blessed Sacrament.
Secondly, it is done on the right knee and not the left.
I honestly do not get the picture here of a bunch of kids lined up in a position of adoration or submission. It is just a way of stopping them in their tracks. Too many students today are just way out of control.

I taught for 22 years, and I can certainly attest to the facts of what you say. Kids changed so much over the course of my career, and it was only because parents became so irresponsible.

Have you been to a public school lately? Things have changed since you were a student, I am willing to bet.
Sad part is you have parents who do not bother to socialize their children. Not all parents, of course, but enough of them that there is frequent chaos when there should be order.

I have, not too far from this school in SB county in CA. I had lunch with my grandson and they had the kids quiet and in line without kneeling. I take it you haven’t been to a public school lately.
Exactly. I never kneeled before anybody the whole time I was in school and no one got killed.
