The last two days I have lost the sidebar again. I know it has been a problem in the past. Just want to confirm it isn't on my end.

I dont get this problem. What with the disappearing sidebars. Been here since 1998 and this is a more recent phenomena. Never happened before as far as I can remember. And it seems to be happening more and more. You’d think that they would have found a way to stop this technical problem once and for all.

No, it is happening to me too. No sidebars and the pages are truncated. No consistent pattern to it; some days FR is just fine.
I have trouble even replying (and avoiding double posts.. thankfully, haven’t double posted yet.. ... but LOTS of F5s..)..

It was a general comment not directed at you. Is it really that big of a problem? Sometimes it is a bit slow on weekends but with lots of viewers it should be expected. I changed my settings some time ago and have had little problems. Vista is my problem. Google went down for half an hour and slowed the internet by 40%. I will not complain on that. NetFlix takes a 40% share of the internet in the evenings for people watching movies. Stuff happens.
