I just looked up and he did have to pay 15% of $40k to the victim in that alleged assault. HOWEVER, Mr. Rock says he didn't touch the guy, he just gave it to him verbally. So his own statement contradicts you.
If he did beat this guy up, it would be the first documented case of a rapper doing that, and not cowering in the corner like a frightened little girl.
