Phil Keaggy:"Shades of Green" - One-Man-Band Maestro (YouTube Video)
WJTL The Junction Center ^ | 6/3/2013 | Phil Keaggy

For those who know Phil, or simple like watching a maestro fluent with his instrument. I've seen Phil play for the past 38 years. God has blessed him with his talent and creativity. Here's a video my brother sent me of Phil doing an acoustic set for a small audience. Since the early '80's Phil has been using digital loopback but I just laugh at the fluency and creativity he has.

Enjoy!

Great Vid.
I grew up with Phil.

Tragic about Jeff Snauffer. Just realized he was from my hometown though about 11 years behind me.

Excellent! I hadn’t heard him before, so thanks very much for posting this. Always great to see tribute to the master, and his Paulverizer ;-) And I heard shades of a Joni Mitchell tuning there. I’ll definitely be listening to more of Phil!

How interesting! We had just pulled all of our Phil Keaggy CD's into the car last week for road trip listening. Have been listening to/enjoying Phil since 1973 (in vinyl then...).

Met him at the airport in Port-au-Prince in 1983.
