Iirc, it’s Thousand Islands. We had lunch in Florence (Alabama, not Italia) and I had a Reuben and enjoyed it. I bet it’s even better w/homemade sauerkraut.

I have problems w/sewing by hand. I used to hand-finish a lot of items, so this takes some of the fun out of it. :(
