Yes, but imagine what Willie Mays could command if he was at his prime in 2013. At least $25 mill/year. Maybe more.

I've never heard anything about Willie Mays being a jerk. I wonder if that's just how he is, or the times he played in.

In fact I don't ever hear what Willie Mays thinks about politics, baseball, or anything else for that matter. Thankfully.
