Human beings have always seen unidentified objects in the sky. From the prophet Ezekiel’s sighting of a flying wheel in 593 B.C., to the 1561 A.D. Battle over Nuremberg, Germany, to Kenneth Arnold’s “pie plate” UFOs spotted near Mt. Rainer, Washington, in June 1947, there are things above our heads that baffle us.
Many of these unidentified flying objects appear to be intelligently controlled aircraft. Others, like the following sightings in California and Illinois, defy explanation.

Occam's razor strongly mitigates against belief that UFOs are occasioned by visitors from other worlds. The easiest person in the world to fool is yourself, partially because you believe yourself too easily.
The number of reasons folk might fervently believe that an experience was a visit from outer space are too many to enumerate here. I am convinced such people are generally sincere, but mistaken. There are a few unscrupulous conmen out there, as well.

Look, if you want to define God, angels, Jesus, cherubim as an extra-terrestrials go right ahead.
As to clear and in focus photography of UFOs and ET’s, I’ve never seen any.
You want to accuse me of deception, fine. I don’t quite understand you’re wanting to lump our Lord in with UFOs, but that’s just me.
It appears the Air Force does not lie when it says there is no such thing as Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs).
In my opinion there are several possibilities for UFOs if they are indeed physical craft that are flying around.
1. They are aliens from another star system.
This is the most popular choice as the aliens could be from another star system and their motivation ranges from benevolent observation all the way to an insidious invasion agenda. There could be multiple species if this is indeed true.
2. They are actually US from the future.
This is one recent theory where in our distant future we come back in time to check out our own history and probe the occasional redneck. Some reasons are that they may have genetic issues caused by cloning and they are looking for “fresh” genetic material.
3. They are actually US but from the PAST.
This is one theory no one besides a few others have brought up. However, it has taken only 6 thousand years to go from hunter gather type society to full blow technological species. Humans have been relatively unchanged for about 250,000 - 100,000 years. Neadertals had bigger brains and are even older. It only takes about 10,000 years for most evidence of a modern society to be worn away by nature, even less if glaciers run over it. We have had several ice ages in the time period that humans were unchanged. We could have had a civilisation that was formed 100,000 years ago and they came up with tech and left this planet and their descendants have come back to check on thiose left behind.
4. They are from Earth but not US.
This is the hypothesis that intelligent beings came about from a dinosaur line and they are living underground and curious about this new seemingly intelligent species known as humans.
5. They could be a combination of the ones above....
Personally I think #3 is more likely given the relative impossibility of interstellar flight.

You are correct. There are at least 58 passages throughout the Bible which mention the cherubim. They are mysterious in their appearance (weird for sure), but their purpose is not - they symbolize the presence of God, the glory of God, the holiness of God.
Not exactly flying saucer material.
Read some of the ancietn Indian texts, there is some weird stuff in those, some read like jet fighter instruction manuals...

Soo, you’re saying that “jet fighter instruction manuals” (is there such a thing?) and weird ancient Indian texts come from aliens?
Look at the term, U F O; are you trying to tell me that you can identify the object Ezekiel saw? Your effort to assign to me assertions I am not making is indicative of someone who cannot think straight, or has an agenda not openly acknowledged. That is deception, whether you can acknowledge it or not is not my problem, but it is a signal to me that you are not going to be able to carry on a rational discussion. Have nice day
No, they come from ancient indian texts written by humans who lived in india a long time ago.
Number four was the theme of a recent Dr Who double episode.
There are artifact objects in our solar system which have not been put where they are by our current civilization. People poo poo that reality but I happen to know a person who worked for NASA airbrushing out the objects when photographed during NASA missions. That lends credence to your number three posit.
I suspect those objects remain as evidence that a previous Earth sourced civilization got off the planet in some distant past epoch.
I cannot reason out why an extra-solar civilization would leave debris behind, having gone tot he great effort to fabricate their materials. But if a civilization sourced in Earth's past became suddenly destroyed then the remains of that civilization could survive as artifacts on the Moon, on Phobos, and on other solar objects.
I don’t see why the government would have such an interest in airbryushing out such exciting news.....
Oh wait, CONTROL is why...
IF we found out that an ancient race of humans ventured off this planet and is currently living in say the asteroid belt, how would we respond as an american people?
I think it would encourage us to spread out into the solar system and would weaken the power of the central authority, which is something the government would not like at all.
We would also want to meet them on equal footing if they were currently living in our solar system and if we did and a group formed an alliance with them this would also weaken the central control the central planner have over us.
That is probably why they would insist on airbrushing the past so to speak, so that it is like the pictures that the KGB has airbrushed....

Ezekiel identified himself what the object(s) was/were - cherubim. Look it up yourself in Ezekiel 10. The fact that he used terms that we don’t understand, and that Ezekiel probably couldn’t fully describe doesn’t make it a UFO in the traditional sense of that word.
The Book of Daniel as well as Revelation records personages in highly symbolic and apocalyptic language. These are not beings from another planet in the universe, which is the traditional definition of what people mean by extra-terrestrials or the vehicles they travel in, UFOs.
Look, when you expand/create your own definition of what an ET is or a UFO is (to include Biblical or spiritual beings), you get to frame the argument to your liking and lo, and behold - you get to win the argument!
But, the fact remains that Ezekiel clearly identifies the wheel of fire as cherubim and that they symbolize God’s presence leaving the temple in Jerusalem. And another thing, this was a “vision” that only Ezekiel saw. This was not a physical, literal event that anyone else could see. That’s why these things are called visions. Ezekiel was a prophet of God and God showed him things that He didn’t show anyone else.
But look, do what you want. I just doesn’t matter to me - except when someone takes Scripture and tries to twist it into saying something that it is NOT saying.

It is my understanding that the airbrushing began long before NASA could have known the origins of the objects. It is unlikely therefore that they knew a distant past civilization was the source. HOWEVER, after years of exploration, being done at very different levels of technological capabilities (little robots rolling around on MArs, positioned purposely to avoid discovering ‘dangerous things’), I have no doubt that NASA knows much much more and is applying data collected in their explorations.

When Jesus disappeared from the burial clothes and the rock enclosed tomb, He stepped from our where/when into another REAL where/when. When He appeared in the Upper Room which was locked and shuttered, He appear out from another real where/when. Refining understanding of what God has given to us as reference material is not blasphemous, so stop trying to insinuate such in such a deceitful way.
Now if you believe it is blasphemous to refine our understanding of what God --Who is not a liar, so He will not lie to us-- has given to us as reference is blasphemous then find someone else to feed your ego. refining our understanding is the process of applying to the record God has given us what we learn about the Universe God has Created.

In 1970, at Clark AFB, PI we were called out at 0300 fully armed to an alert. I was dropped off at the very extreme end of the runway where the runway dipped down and out of sight. I heard something mechanical just over the horizon and saw a shape rise slowly up over the hump where the runway dipped down. Bright lights, whining sound and a dramatic rising “up” about 75 yards from me. It slowly turned from right to my left after attaining about 100 feet altitude. It then roared and took off at an astonishing speed. I called the sector supervisor on my radio and told him I needed help ASAP. A Colonel from some other outfit came out and I reported to him what I saw, because I was terrified. He smiled and said “Sgt. You DID NOT see what you just described. Take tomorrow off and think about it.” I was allowed off the next day, and later that year, I saw a Harrier in Viet Nam. The incident described above was a test demonstration. I still have dreams about that night.
