Name of National Holiday Changed (Vanity)
Posted on 07/04/2013 8:25:33 AM PDT by Still Thinking
The name of the holiday celebrated each year on July 4th will in the future be "Dependence Day". As time has passed, we have become wiser, and apologize for our previous hubris and dedication to such foolish ideals as freedom, liberty, and the idea of a republic. We're very sorry. [/lib mode]
