Always try to watch when they replay them...
The only episode I remember as a child that left an impression was the Obsolete Man and The Mask. The Mask which was directed by actress Ida Lupino and that episode gave me the chills when at midnight when the family who were to inherited their relative wealth removed their mask as requested by “daddy”. In fact just in an hour they will be showing it.
That’s the one.
Yeah, I remember “The Mask’ The relatives were real vultures.
This tale took awhile to develop but the ending was great, it really gave the creeeps.
It was one of my top favorite Twilight Zone episodes but when the Old Man was told his wife “would be coming along soon”, I thought his reply was a bit too gleefully (considering that would mean she would be dead)
Otherwise great writing...
The wife would be joining the husband in heaven so it isn’t so unusual that the husband would be gleeful about it.
