Well the press loves to play this stuff up but the KKK is not a player in GA. If they were they would already have burned that Jihad camp in Commerce down. You never hear anything about them or from them except in rare instances. Georgians are not a bunch of slobbering racists.

That bunch was thoroughly infiltrated long ago to the point that if you saw two of them marching or protesting, one was an informant or agitator, or possibly both were by the late seventies. They continue to exist because they serve a politically useful purpose for the left, consisting of a few duped yahoos and a whole lot of infiltrators. Again, all is not as it seems when the white hooded bogeymen get trotted out. Ask yourself who benefits. Did white racists benefit from this? No, it was an exercise complete futility that if anything had the opposite effect. Who did benefit?

From what I’ve seen the South hasn’t been a fertile recruiting ground for decades but the Klan keeps trying.
There was a Klan rally and recruiting drive here in Hampton Roads about a dozen years ago. News video showed half dozen Klansmen – IIRC from Ohio – and about a dozen bystanders who were pointing and laughing. The only rallies I heard of that could really be called that have been in the North.
