This pile of garbage for a man has committed no crime.

This idea the courts can assign vicarious liabilities willy nilly without some sort of legislative framework in the criminal statutes is the road to serfdom.

The civil law and criminal law is supposed to be distinctly bifurcated.

In Reynolds v. United States (1878), marriage was defined as one woman and one man.

This strikes at the very heart of gay marriage.

What is the solution?

Make the birth certificate an 18 year marriage certificate...

Which means, the stupidity of gay marriage is nullified, both parents have the same liability connected with their sexual activities.

You men are the ones that made the laws - start accepting responsibility for the problems YOU have caused. You obviously want the system back to where it was and only women paid the price - well go take a flying leap.

There, in a nutshell, is the mainstream rationalization of the progressive welfare state making things 'right' financially for women while pointing fingers at bad old men and punishing boyfriends as best they can "by any means necessary".

Women vote for a nanny state because they mostly believe that it would be a good thing. Prisons, welfare and public day-care go together like liver, bacon and onions.
