The judge doesn’t hide the chip on her shoulder very well. I’m waiting for her to bring out the pompoms and shout, “Go Trayvon”!

Q: What do you call an attorney who graduated last in their class?

A: "Your Honor"

So the propensity to be violent isn’t a factor in whether the little Skittle eater was violent?

Justic isn’t blind, it’s stupid.

If Zimmerman is convicted there will be an appeal which may be the only way to get the case to a sensible court.

With that said this is such and open and closed case that it should not be in court in the first place.

I find it kind of odd that the judge is saying that she is going to vet the voir dire questions and approve them. In essence she is picking the jury isn’t she?

There is a sickening amount of money being spent on absolutely nothing. What is plain to see is that the judge has an agenda and the Martin family and handlers are using the punks death for monetary gain.

You knew that she would. Anything that would benefit Zimmerman is gone. And so is Zimmerman.

Unsurprising. We have devolved into a nation of men rather than a nation of law. Why would anyone expect the criminal (in)justice system to be immune .

As a Canadian, not all that familiar with US election procedures, are not judges at some level, elected? If so, would this judge not be required to stand for election at some point in the future? If so, conservatives would be wise to raise up a qualified opponent and support that person strongly in such an election, ensuring this miscarriage of justice is well noted during the election. The message to Ms. Nelson being, rule by LAW, not by FEAR of rioting!

I am sure that if Mr. Zimmerman is convicted, it will be overturned on appeal. The disappointing thing is that it will cost him a lot of money and effort.

So if the world’s most vicious strong-arm thug has beaten up and robbed a thousand people, and there are mountains of good evidence against him for those crimes, but he has never been formally convicted in a court of law for any of them, and you kill him in a desperate fight for your life after he attacks you, none of it will be admissible in your defense at your murder trial? Okay.

The entire legal system needs to be revamped from top to bottom, and I pray to God it isn’t done by judges but by ordinary people with something judges don’t seem to have — Lots of common sense... and pitchforks... and boatloads of tar and feathers (to re-robe the b***ards).

Zimmermann must wish he did not live in FL: it’s a very bad place for one seeking justice.

CNN Headline News is a Disgrace, had no choice if I wanted to see any coverage, so I did watch it.

I wonder if the lack of coverage on Fox etc will help or hurt George?

With all the Obama scandals, who knows what coverage trial will get
