I just finished watching “Dr. Zhivago” which I hadn’t seen since I was a kid, so you can imagine how much your comment is scaring me.

From what I hear, the liberals nowaday say that the national debt is not a problem.
In fact, there have been liberal people on MSNBC who say that we’re decreasing the deficit too fast, and that decreasing the deficit hurts the economy.

I was doing payroll for a bunch of libs that were whining about Bush’s tax cuts. But when the cuts were approved, they were the first to ask when it would show up on their pay check, so I told them that the IRS had 2 forms, 1 with cuts for Rs, and 1 without for Ds.
I heard a similar whining from liberals when they took a little less pay home back in January when some of the tax cuts expired. I just smiled and said, “everyone needs to pay their fair share” followed by a parting, “elections have consequences”. Libs don’t like hearing their on rhetoric thrown back in their faces in my experience.
