This is exactly the sorta thing that gets teenagers in trouble for stuipidly sending pictures of themselves to each other so that they have to register as a sex offender for the rest of their lives....
Also the same sorta crap that gets a parent accused of child abuse for taking a picture of their kid in the tub.
I also remeber a case where a two seventeen year olds were in a relationship and one turned 18 and all of sudden the 18 years was accused of a sex crimes with a minor.
Most Zero Tolerance laws are nothing more than Zero intelligence laws...

Actual quoted violation was ‘unsportsman like conduct’ for celebrating in the competition area, a no taunting rule. You are forbidden from raising your arms in celebration when you win, because someone might feel bad because they lost.
That’s what needs to be knocked out of the rule book. How dare they tell people they can’t celebrate their victory inside the competition area, and must wait until they leave the competition field before giving high fives, raising arms, etc.
