This is my pocket pistol. It's a P-64 chambered in 9mm Makarov.
What do you carry? Show me your gun porn.

I’ve owned a couple Makarov’s. Mine was of East German manufacture. Very reliable, never jammed, and has a little more pop than a .380, though less than a 9mm.

Nice article but not completely accurate with regard to power. You can get mouse guns today that hold 8 rounds of 9mm. You don’t have to settle for .32 in a mouse gun today. Amazing.
Otherwise, good article.

Yeah. IWB holster, small-of-the-back. Conceals fine under a jacket.
I need something smaller for summer carry, though. May just go with a PPK or something.

I just got one of these for my Wife:
Springfield XDs.
I personally carry the XDM 4.5" .45 bitone, and the Kahr CW45.
To: BO Stinkss
I have one of those. Had to change out the springs to make the trigger pull manageable.

Even if you manage to align the sights perfectly and keep your entire focus on that little bump near the muzzle, you can still miss. Fortunately, the vast majority of self defense situations are going to be within 10 feet or so. At that range, you don't aim, you point.

I recently did the same. Stock trigger pull was insane. Changed out the recoil spring too. Much more pleasant to shoot now.

My favorite carry pistol is my Ruger LC-9 kept in an IWB holster that has a flip-open button strap. It's very comfotable and secure.
I love this pistol. I've carried a S&W .38 Special J-frame revolver for a while but I always go back to the LC-9. It rocks and is very accurate.

Springfield XDsTried one and loved it. For those wanting a small .45 Auto that is controllable and accurate, the XDs would also be my recommendation.

I carry(when I carry) a 1990s Colt Mustang 6 shot mag .380 SA...carried in condition 2...I am pretty good at cocking the hammer as I push it forward....very accurate for its size...
my son has a Ruger LCP 6 shot mag also .380 DAO...around a third the weight....much less accurate but for the distance these things are made for...accurate enough...

Great article. Thanks.
I carry a Glock 27. Heat most of the year make carry a challenge, but best I’ve found for me is IWB.
