Making Twinkies in a southern right-to-work state without union goons?

Many here of FR called it exactly like this--that Hostess would re-appear in a work-friendly state. The brand name was too lucrative not to. I suspect the New Hostess will hire some of the old talent--those that know how to maintain the proprietary machinery--but the $100K/year machine-watchers are probably going to have to continue to pound sand. They'll be easy to spot--they're the ones complaining that the new Twinkie "just don't taste right".

This new Twinkie facility was also a pre-shutdown Twinkie factory. It made Dolly Madison doughnuts and Zingers and added Twinkies when Dolly got eaten up by Hostess. I’m not sure how heavily unionized the place was before closing. But this is a regional factory and I’m sure other bakeries will be opening in the West, Midwest, etc.
