I didn’t listen close enough to discern specifics, since his campaign style speech really turned me off. He tried to rally the citizenry, as if Bostonians were unable to rise up and get over the tragedy. Obama is a dangerous demigod. Never let a crisis go to waste.
What he wants is to be GWB with a bull horn on top of that smoldering rubble. It will never happen because GWB spoke from his heart.
