It’s Freepathon time, make a big donation and it will load again!

There’s always someone wanting VB, or some other scussy forum variant.

Neither of them generally hold a candle to the FR software.

Yep, it is amazing. Perhaps it is time to hire a real programmer.

When I switch to “Headers” I can see the sidebar and more posts.

Lol. Barking up the wrong tree, particularly after Apache is no longer serving. It’s just rolling internet bottlenecks; you can check the current status yourself. The sorry state of clogged US interwebs, partly because of a large Japanese provider, has been well documented.

I didn’t post this to pick a fight.

Mods remove the thread if its used to trash the site.

FR isn’t loading correctly for me anymore either... my Breaking News sidebar suddenly disappeared. Grrr!

I know you didn’t. Yours is the second thread and these threads always turn into bitch sessions, like “Jim needs to hire a real programmer” as posted above.

John Robinson is a computer genius. FR has been running screaming fast. It’s past Midnight and the sidebars are missing for “some folks,” and you’d think it’s the end of the world.

Yet, we have our FReepathon ongoing and stalled at 8%. Sometimes, it’s difficult to understand the thinking of some of the posters here, and I’m NOT talking about YOU.

God bless and keep you and thanks very much for your patience, your understanding and your loyal support.

Standard, just hit ‘headers’ until they fix it.

Same here. Also in Mexifornia. Although I don’t think we are being singled out.

I never notice this problem. I only ever have enough time and patience to read/comment on the top articles, post one or two new ones and read pings. I actually do have a little bit of a life.

Same thing in Texas, part of the time.

Have not figured out why. Most of the time it is normal.

Sorry dude, but it is a well known fact that the software has problems that hasn’t been properly addressed by those that manage the software.

Has to do with google being set to automatically dump load over to a few nodes that are known bottlenecks when traffic is heavy.

A product of the cloud, I’m afraid.

A product of the cloud

OK, thanks for that info. My ISP made a deal to put my e-mail through G-mail and the Cloud. It sucks. They were connected with AT&T before the move to Google for email.

The Local ISP is a Telephone Coop and they are great people. I think they made this change to reduce the paperwork required. My suspicion is the Feds ordered them to do so. More of the extreme filtering that is going on. This will only get worse. Are we rapidly approaching the Police State? Sure looks like it to me. When they succeed in destroying the chains of the Constitution, the Republic is finished. I believe that is Obozo job and why he is where he is. And also why no one will openly oppose him. Very Bad.
