BudsGunShop.com has AR-15's in stock
3/20/2013

Posted on 03/20/2013 6:43:53 AM PDT by RoosterRedux

I just visited BudsGunShop.com to see if they had any new AR-15's in and was shocked by the supply. I guess the market for such weapons is finally opening up.

They had Windhams, Stags, Daniel Defense, Colt, and Bushies...and they prices weren't too bad either.

I have bought several weapons from Buds and have always been pleased with their quick service and decent prices.

Just picked up a hundred rounds of 7.62x39 at a buck a round.

Lucky Gunner sometimes has it, too, but I can't get the site to load right now. Lucky Gunner

All of these have it for under 50 cents/round in bulk.

Just 2-1/2 years ago, I bought this same stuff at cheaper than dirt for $110 for 500 rounds ($0.22/round).

We sold our Bushmaster and bought a Wyndham about 6 mos ago. Its a better rifle. Check it out before you buy.

I bought IMI 1200 round cases just over a year ago at $135 from Widener’s. They can’t get resupply presently. And they haven’t had any 9mm for months now.

The IMI was 5.56, BTW.

But this is not brass cartridges. Big diff. Don’t care to use steel case in my Ruger Mini-30. Fine in the AK...

Me too on your last sentence....only at local gun show - Georgia Arms.....all brass, FMJ.....

“I’ve already seen guys trying to sell their ARs on the secondary market. One guy on our local gun forum was trying to sell two he had recently bought, and said he needed the cash worse than the guns.”

I did that at the height of the assault weapons ban scare back in January with some AK’s and a lot of mags/ammo. Made a good chunk of cash to pad my savings, then recently used some of that money to buy a quality PTR-91. So in actuality, Feinstein and Obama actually helped me become better equipped than before.

Prices should drop considerably now that a ban is off the table.

Is that for FN seveN, if it is I’m seriously thinking of buying one but ammo for a 57x28 will be tough to get.

This isn't advertising but simply letting my FRiends know when AR-15's become available.

If you have a story about Buds, perhaps you should tell us.

And we do appreciate the info. Bud's isn't perfect, but they're definitely a leader in the retail firearms market. Their pricing restraint is a big indicator, assuming that Congress doesn't do something even more foolish than usual.
