That sounds like Boehner, but it could easily be Obama, I guess. Maybe his plumeting poll numbers have made him cry, and now Boehner is trying to be a tough guy. I can just imagine wimpy Obama saying “You need me! I’m the president!” Then again, Boehner would probably start crying as well.
