Grand old stances on social issues destroy GOP unity

ANY hopes Republicans might have had that the gnashing of teeth that came with their November election loss might be over were dashed this week, when tensions between the right and far right threatened to explode into civil war.

After the President, Barack Obama, delivered a State of the Union address that was the logical extension of his trenchantly liberal inauguration address, Republicans delivered not one but two rebuttals.

There have been signs of a realignment in the conservative firmament ever since the election. Blame has been laid and fingers pointed. The former Bush speechwriter David Frum told Fairfax Media earlier this year that the Republican Party was being done a disservice by an ''information entertainment complex'' that was fanning radicalism and ridiculing sensible debate, dragging the party further away from mainstream political views and cashing in on the process.

He chose not to name names, but since then Fox News has ended its contracts with the former Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin and Dick Morris, the paid party consultant who was predicting a sweeping Mitt Romney victory up until the election.

Weirdly enough, Karl Rove, the even more prominent paid GOP agent who had an on-air meltdown on Fox on election night, declaring that key states still hung in the balance when they clearly had been lost, has managed to reinvent himself on the moderate side of this divide.

The official Republican State of the Union rebuttal was made by Marco Rubio, the young Cuban American senator and former Tea Party champion from Florida who is being cast by many as the hopeful modern face of the part - one more welcoming to the growing Hispanic population that helped defeat Romney.

These leftard writers aren’t as funny as use to be.

The RINO’s are hardly on the “right” and traditional conservatives who haven’t changed a position in 50 years have somehow gone from ordinary to super duper far right.

lol

No. What threatens to destroy party unity is the insistence by these nasty little moles that conservatives surrender their values and become pathetic jock-sniffers of the amoral coastal elites.

To that I say not only no but HELL NO.

I’d rather die on the open ground than curled up in the fetal position in the bottom of a foxhole like the “moderates” suggest.

Once the story finally comes out about Benghazi, it will be the end of the Democrat party.

The LA Times today ran an obituary for a card carrying Communist and it described him as “left LEANING”.

To the progressive socialist radical Communist left, there is no middle ground to the right of FDR. Anything on “that side” is extremist and “far right”.

It’s pretty amazing.

An average Democrat in 1955 would be part of radical right now I guess

Social issues are the problem. Right.

Like the spineless moderates who don’t have a value in their bodies are going to fight the Dems to the death. Get a grip.

It will take talent, treasure, blood, and sweat to defeat the progressives of both parties and the sooner we start the sooner we will win.

Bring it on!

When the country is being destroyed by the Left and the Far Left wackadoodles, it is not unusual for there to be some disagreement as to how to best destroy them.

The far right in this country are LIBERTARIANS followed by anarchists. When will these people get the political spectrum straightened out? Conservatives are a reactionary sect of right wing thinking, determined not only to get the government to operate under the constitution, but also to restore basic decency in the modern world, and yes, that means we opposed murdering babies and calling two homosexuals married. If this statist twerp thinks the battle within the Republican party will end in anything less that the total annihilation of the progressives and traitors who call themselves conservative, then he is mistaken.

We’re licking our wounds, and then we’re coming back. You hear me, Tokyo Rove?! We were pissed off in 2010. You just wait until 2014. We hold YOU responsible for Obama’s second term. You and all the other hack advisers. You failed miserably with the candidate you wanted. It’s time for these people to take a figurative dirt nap. Let’s bury them.

ALL....Does anybody remember what the Democrats did at their convention ??? First they eliminated any mention of the word GOD...and when they thought twice about doing that they reintroduced the resolution what happened ? They booed God....That resolution was rammed through just like the Affordable Health Care Act ...

Was that fact used in any of the material Rove’s RINOS spewed forth during the 2012 Romney or US senate races his group of GOPES (Government Ofthe People Elite Snobs) used on their hit list ? I like using that acronym because it rhymes with dopes.

Noooo ! They could have used that episode to point out how far to the left the democrat party has hyphenated into; Demo-Coms ...Instead well we don’t like Aikin ...He said what ? OMG OMG he’s unqualified ...If there was a chance he would have been burned at the stake by Rove’s RINOS and the so called “conservative “ talkies spouting Rove’s tripe.

WHAT YOU DIDN’T HEAR WAS A REJOINDER LIKE THIS
“While at their convention the Democrats were busy dening God. At least Aikin believes in something like the ten commandments. Including Thou shalt not steal and doesn’t believe that getting elected to office don’t give you a license to do steal ... Which his opponent seems to have done rather well since being in office.”

BUT YOU DIDN’T HEAR ANY OF IT...
This type of rebuttal could have been extended to Pelosi and Reid and to a whole slew of long time big D office holders....Instead Rove’s herd of RINOS many in the “conservative” talk show circut dipped into Rove’s bucket of dung amd threw it at his targets.

The same thing with Mourdock.

Now his bunch seems to be saying if you hold a religious view don’t run for office... We’re gonna save the Republican party ....to be finished off by Obama and the hypenated democrats..
Roves RINOS wrong for America and wrong for the Republican party...

GOD DENIERS LED BY A CONGENITAL LIAR
ARE REDISTRIBUTE WEALTH INCITERS/
FOR FIRST YOUR MONEY THEN YOUR GUNS
AND YOU’RE DEFENSELESS
WHEN DEM LIARS AND CROOKS COME

It’s time to get government out of Our face
Our religion and and Our pocketbook

(The above is designed to be printed up and passed around your precinct and your friends and neighbors as a (index sized) palmcard. On the face (REVERSE SIDE)or below the slogan you can put the name of the candidate you favor and the election dates...EXCELLENT FOR SLIPPING UNDER WINDSHIELD WIPERS ON CARS PARKED IN KEY PARKING LOTS CHURCHES, RALLY SITES....
