My apolgies. This happened 6 years ago, and at 60 years old, sometimes the details get smudged. But the major fact is a “highly trained” swat member charged out of his cruiser with his .45 locked and loaded and his finger on the trigger. And an unarmed man was shot to death in his driveway. And all it cost the shooter was three months pay.
