Since Obama won’t be running for re-election, this money will probably be used to buy votes during the next 4 years.

No, this money is for ginning up support (public approval) for the Progressive Agenda being promoted by this group of communists in the White House and Congress (and the Democratic Party in general).

The election in 2016 will probably be a show of hands in the US Congress as to whether or not to retain Obama.

I am betting that he is re-elected.
