What are we succumbing to, America? The army orders "the removal of Christian symbols from a chapel." I wonder what they'll make of my son and all the other soldiers with their numerous Christian symbols tattooed on their warrior bodies? What say you, politicians, about America's finest protecting us in these war zones who will NOT be "removing their Steeples, Crosses, Bible Verses, etc." to adhere to this new nonsensical political correctness?

Taking one line to make you case is really poor form.

The entire Chapter of Leviticus 19, is referring to pagan rituals that where performed over the burial of their dead.

The New Testament which covers Christians is silent on tattoos.
The Old Testament was the Law.

I took an early interest because of the times. WWII had ended a year before my birth, so I grew up suspicious about Nazis and Communists. I had found magazines in the garage that belonged to my English professor uncle that showed livid photos of the death camps. He had taught me to read at age 4, so of course I read those magazines, too, as best as I could understand, and I understood enough. As soon as we got a TV, I watched the news, not cartoons and I was mesmerized by Senator McCarthy. It's probably best, I tell you the rest in FR mail, sometime. UCLA in the mid '60's was not a university to speak out about the Commies in our midst. :)

I was 14 years old in San Clemente, CA, when I joined the military book club. Long before then, I had watched programs about WWII on TV.

I read The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich before I was 16 years old, and books about the torture of Freedom Fighters by communists in eastern Europe after WWII.

Communists are now all throughout our educational system. I home schooled my nephew, and a good thing it was, too. He knows the U.S. Constitution thoroughly.

Anybody else find it disturbing how the military has been in the crosshairs following the election?
Generals resigning or being forced out, gay marriages at West Point, women in combat, now all Christian symbols being removed. USSR all over again.

So,a tattooed person who has given their lives to the Lord and serve Him daily will not win passage to Heaven and bask in His Glory,but the dutiful churchgoer who lollygags his or her way through the rest of the week,speaking ill of others and only doing good works on Sundays will be welcomed with open arms.

Exactly right. This type of logic, of taking one verse and posting it out of context, is exactly what liberal christians do. Drives me crazy.

I will believe to my dying day that she Did tell Romney to piss off.

But the GOP establishment outright told her they would not support her candidacy if she won it.

Normally this wouldn't stop Sarah, but she didn't want to split the vote against the Conservative in the general. Especially when we has so many acceptable alternatives to Willard left.
