The Party of Lincoln is dead.

the sooner folks realize they are feeding a stuffed animal, the better.

Stop worrying!

The filibuster is the antithesis of a democratic, majoritarian body and should have been eliminated decades ago.

Once we have a GOP prez and senate, this will work to our benefit.

You got it. Remember how Healthcare passed? They, the Dems, used every evil, dirty, underhanded trick in the book to get it passed. Including bribes.

These RINOs that some call Republicans that are in a leadership position in our Congress have become accustomed to the DC sychophantic environment of Media Condescension and contitional “head patting” when they “do the right thing”...

They all LOVE their second-tier power. They love the little bit of financial power Obama gives them, even though they know it’s their Thirty Pieces of Sliver. They hate going back to their districts of states to lobby for their jobs (again and again and again)....they can’t wait to get back to DC - get their free haircuts, eat in their special lunchrooms, drive up to their reserved parking spaces (even at the airport). They can’t wait to get back to DC to appease a little bit more and sell you and me down the river like an 1860s slave - it don’t matter, they don’t have to ever see you working in the fields under the whip.......what the hell do they care? The Senators become vested in their retirement system in only ONE TERM!

God Damn Them! It will be a cold day in hell before I vote for either one of my two Georgia Senators again.

GA GOP just called me wanting ca$h!

“Did you know we sent 9 Republicans to DC this year?”

I refrained from cuss words...just told him that that means nothing when we are not sending the RIGHT Republicans to DC. he wanted to go back and forth...I told him I didn’t want to argue with him..

“Call me when our Georgia Republicans stop coming home from DC to represent DC, and start going to DC to represent US!”

was having such a good day too.....

deep breaths.....deep breaths.....

Republican and conservative are mutually exclusive. There is no overlap.

Please read my post again and see if we disagree still. I'm not sure we do. R or r?

This COULD be a good thing.

When the Republicans eventually get control of the senate, the rule stays in place.

Then the libs will scream and holler like stuck pigs about how UNFAIR AND EVIL the rule is!...................

Not only do we need a strong Conservative Party to take control, we need to ensure that RINO’s never darken the doorway trying to join.

In recent years I’ve only kept my R designation for voting reasons. It may be time to re-think that.

It’s almost surreal, finding oneself now living in an America that has no actual “opposition” voice. A one-party country. Diving headlong into tyranny. Again, surreal.

Each and every ‘Republican’ should abandon their party for the PATHETIC performance by the GOP with Hillary at the Benghazi hearings yesterday, and for that reason ALONE.

This is what I was talking about yesterday in other posts, the Republican party is gone. It is now represented by limp wristed wusses who buckle to their knees at the slightest contention by Democrats. Wooo Hillary got mad! Retreat retreat retreat surrender! We need a NEW party and I hope something gets going with the Tea party soon, such as someone who wins a higher office on a Tea party ticket or whatever name they want to call it. Anybody but Republicans. I mean just look who they picked as the POTUS candidate, Obama light - Mitt Romney. WTF? It would have been nice if he won over the admitted foreign born Kenyan but still, it wouldn’t have surprised me in the least that if he did win, that he would have continued Obamacare.

The Filibuster will be brought back when Republicans retake the Senate in 2014 and the Dems cry about Power Sharing again.

The filibuster is the antithesis of a democratic, majoritarian body and should have been eliminated decades ago.

Mob rule is no way to run a Republic nor a deliberative body.
