I am sick and tired of reading politics today and need a break from it. Post your favorite tuneage her! Turn up your speakers and enjoy!

I'll start of with the Scorpions "Acoustica" recorded live in front of an audience in Lisbon, Portugal and released in 2001. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acoustica_(Scorpions_album)

Several friends had birthdays last week, they rented a party bus and did a pub crawl of all the dive bars in town. This one was popular in practically every one of them:

Kid Rock & Hank Williams, Jr. - “Cadillac P***y”

It’s on the bawdy side, if you can’t tell from the name, so be warned lol.

Blech!

“Howlin’ For You” pretty damm good though. Been hoping they won’t be a one hit wonder but sadly nothing better yet.

Thank you!! My favorite band at one point. These are some gems I didn’t even know were out there. Need to get a copy of this to put on my phone.

Every track on both Brothers and El Camino is good, imho.

My pleasure, Diana. That song always makes me feel like dancing with that special someone on a big ballroom dance floor. :)

I’ve always loved the opening fanfare to “Sweet Jane.”

I thought the Black Keys were the new return of real Rock and Roll with Howlin’. The rest is head banger metal rock IMHO.

I like the hook on Howlin’ like I do on “Can’t You Hear Me Knocking” and “The Ocean”, two of the greatest ever.

Hit Me With Your Best Shot, filmed outside Fox and Friends. I think I uploaded four songs, and there are other videos from others at the same concert.

Led Zeppelin - “Tangerine”

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyM4vxxu2jA

Always loved them, the first music I bought as a child. My personal favorite is this one, written by Jimmy Page, inspired by Jackie DeShannon, with whom he was involved in the mid-sixties during his Yardbirds days.

The sound is difficult to pin down, it’s got a little medieval chamber music thing going on as much Led Zeppelin does, but it veers fairly seamlessly into country rock, lol. It’s a surprising song and one of their more low key ones, at that.

That’s why I like them - their music is reminiscent of the music when I was growing up. We agree on Howlin’, but I think the other tracks sound more like blues than head banger music. / JMHO

It just so happens that I’ve been listening to The Black Keys lately, but there is much more music that I enjoy. But, it would take me all night to list everything. Some great stuff posted here on this thread.
