Very cool! I'd like to see a Whistler film. I have not heard of To Have and Have Not. I'll have to look it up.

All is well here. It's been rainy and cool. Just doing laundry and gave Keith a hair cut.

I think I’ve seen a scene from that picture where Hoagy Carmichael plays a song in a Cabaret-type place (maybe it’s the same film). Can’t remember what song it was, though.

I saw that the story was used for a Lux show in ‘46.
