They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
But for one man from northern China, this was not the case.
Earlier this year, Jian Feng, divorced and sued his wife for being ugly.
He won his case and was awarded a little under £75,000 by the judge, Fox 31 reported.
Mr Feng said he took issue with his wifes looks only after the couples daughter was born.
He was shocked by the childs appearance, calling her incredibly ugly and saying she looked like neither one of her parents.
Mr Feng was so outraged that he initially accused his wife of cheating.
Faced with the accusation, his wife admitted to spending around £62,000 on plastic surgery which had altered her appearance drastically.
She had the work done before she met her husband and never told him about it after they met.
Mr Feng filed for divorce saying his wife had deceived him and convinced him to marry her under false pretenses. The judge agreed with him and awarded him the damages.

For $62,000 pounds, you would have thought the doc would have fixed the ears for free.
$100,000 for plastic surgery in China?
From some people from northern China?
From a country where the average wage is $5-$10 per day?
WHERE DID THE MONEY COME FROM?
Don’t give me no ugly babies!
Imagine how much money Barack Obama could win!
yup, she was ugly
“If you want to be happy for the rest of your life,
Never make a pretty woman your wife.
So from my personal point of view,
Get an ugly girl to marry you...”

lol, I used to sing that song to my kids! Too funny
“Turn out the lights”.
And DON’T light a candle...
She could sleep at the end of my bed to keep my feet warm during the winter if she's willing to till the garden in springtime.
I'm not a compleat jerk.

True...there are some parts missing.
≤}B^)
Hard to decide without seeing a picture of the husband.
Howz about a class action lawsuit against RAT wymyns?
I still have a conscience. It was barely fractured.

In the olde racist days, there was a saying about a certain someone hiding in the woodpile whenever a child was born that did not favor the supposed parents..........
j/s............
I don’t the FR jury can render a fair verdict until pics of the kid are seen.
A certain Seinfeld episode comes to mind, come to think of it. In fact, cannot every situation that we experience or hear about be related back to a Seinfeld episode? Sort of a 7-degrees kind of thing?
You got it! And while various parrots repeat the joke from the show that it is about nothing, as if it were God’s truth, Seinfeld was in fact, as someone before me here observed, a show about everything.
Send the song to Mr Jian.
If my wife finds out about this its going to cost me big bucks...
Catherine Zeta Jones is stunning, but I'd like to know her plastic surgeon. Google before and after pictures and the difference is almost unbelievable.
Elizabeth Taylor had facial work done early on, as did Marilyn Monroe. I wonder if any famous star was ever all natural.
Men need to be careful this days if they want an all natural girl. Nose jobs are a dime a dozen, and implants are becoming the style. Buyer beware.
We haven't seen what she did to the rest of her body. ;-)
Yes the surgeon may have given her the ‘rack rate’ on a bundle of procedures on the whole bod.
At least it looks like the doc did good work.
He can use this case to advertise his services
as long as the clients don’t intend to have
any kids. ;-)
So much for Justice being blind.....
Sheesh!
The baby is better looking than the daddy. Maybe she should sue him.
I’m not a compleat jerk.

Thank you!
It is early but this very well may be POST OF THE DAY
yikes!
he looks like her ‘before’ photo
I hope the kid did not get the worst parts of both of them
awwwwwwwwwww— that looks like a cute baby
It certainly is breathtaking...
The daddy is certifiably ugly on the inside, too. Heartless. Can’t wait till the baby grows up and discovers this news about his shallowness. What an @$$!
There is a song for everything.... :-)
