About 7 miles. Yes, I got the QSL card for it, The buddy I had the QSO with brought it to the next club meeting.
It was a once in a lifetime QSO for me. Mobile, 6 meters, QRP, CW, using an old military straight key that had a leg clamp. I don't expect I'll ever be doing that again. ;)
