I saw NOTHING agressive in the lions behavior whatsoever..I thought that the lion wanted to adopt her, not eat her.

Oh yes. Much as my pet cats like to swat and maul and “adopt” to death the cute little mice they find in my yard.

Yeah, that lion didn’t seem to be stalking her or challenging her. I think she just wanted a closer look and seemed surprised when the kid freaked out.

Actually, I agree. Her movements aren’t the stealthy, hunting style and her eyes - well, just look curious. Not that I’d want to meet that cat in the open...
