We can't for at least 2 years. We didn't win the Senate which has to try any Impeachment. Thus the House won't even consider voting to Impeach if they know up front the Senate won't convict.

You'd have to get hard evidence that he's committed high crimes. And frankly our tolerance of hard evidence is pretty high these days.
