When will Boehner quit?
Pure Anxiety | 11/9/12

Posted on 11/09/2012 3:10:56 PM PST by pabianice

Short and sweet. Boehner looks like a dog that has been kicked so hard he is bleeding rectally. Utter terror. Even his tan has turned white. Boehner pool: who can come closest to the date when Boehner calls it quits? I call May 5, 2013. By then what the Left/media did to Dick Army will look like a Cub Scout jamboree.

Patraeus has quit and promised not to testify re.Benghazi. Romney got fewer votes than McCain. Napolitano is to replace Holder as AG. Ham fired for trying to rescue Stevens and the others. Second pool: who will be the House speaker next spring?

We got a few more conservatives in the House, maybe enough Boehner can start listening to them and have a pleasant, successful time in the job. Too soon to say.

Like any career politician: retirement or death.

Nope Boner is too old and set in his ways. His entire career is proof of that. Especially his tenure as Speaker.

Guy ain’t gonna do anything controversial, except to conservatives. He is in full-blown weepy cave-in mode.

Is it possible to get rid of him in the next Mid-Term?

After suffering from major depression over our defeat a couple of days ago, I’m now already in strategy mode for our second “2010”. Apparently the senate will be fertile ground that year, with many blue-dogs in Republican states and districts who will be vulnerable to a backlash against Obama’s statist policies. I’d like to be rid of people like Boehner in the house, but we NEED to vet our candidates thoroughly. We can never repeat the Akin/Mourdock mistake. What we need is smart, passionate conservatives who can actually sell the concept.

Anyone else think Herman Cain should run for the senate somewhere?

And another thing. We need to DESTROY union power in red states through Walker-esque legislation. The ones who backed people like Tester and his ilk.

I don’t know just exactly how many more conservatives we have yet. Last session he only needed 20+ more conservative votes to counter most all of Harry Reid’s threats and didn’t have them.
I don’t think we got that many but with the threat of bring ‘primaried’ some RINOs will stiffen their spines too.

Maybe he won’t grab the opportunity even if it’s there. We’ll see.

Here was one new member’s (who ‘primaried’ a long time Republican and went on to win handily) ad:

It wouldn't matter if Boehner resigned.

The minute ANY new Speaker would be sworn in the MSM would find some fault in them to divide and anger conservatives.

Depend on it.

Boehner is the dry, used up t* rd that is sitting under the wet, stinky t*rd that is named Obamadork.

May they both roast in hell.

Don’t have to wait that long. Pressure your republican house member(s) not to vote for him in the next congress.

Only when he is forced to leave or is simply replaced ... he won’t do it voluntarily

Tammy Faye needs to be kicked to the curb and replaced by Paul Ryan or Michelle Bachmann.

Agree, and every freeper should be in weekly contact with his Congressman. We can affect outcomes only if they know we will back them up.

Where did you get the idea that Petreus has “promised not to testify”?

Petreus was scheduled to testify as CIA chief. Now his replacement will do that.

That doesn’t mean he can’t testify as a private citizen or that he can’t be subpoenoed.

This story ain’t over.

Thank you for this thread. Boehner MUST go! He couldn't wait to kowtow (or, he's likely complicit) to 0 since the *election*.

Call your rep and demand they NOT vote for this idiot as speaker - and that you'll be watching.

Call the Tea Party Caucus and tell them Boehner doesn't believe they exist and demand they NOT vote for Bonehead for speaker - and that you'll be watching. Here's their website for contact info:

Very illustrative as to how RINO Romney would have acted if he won. Boner kept the US House. He did a good job. He won the race. Yet, he acts like he lost.
