How does one get a list of voters, specifically one that is obviously invalid like Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Dead people, Illegal Aliens, etc....
I think all these fine voting folks need to get an EBT card, and Obama Phone and a 10 year bill me later Subscription to the New york Slimes.....
I don’t know but the two political parties obtain them because I’ve gotten mail in various state I’ve lived in based on party affiliation.

You list two seprate entities, aren’t they just one?
It’s easy in a small town. Overwhelming in a large city. Go to your town office of records. They will have voting records there for anyone to see. If you want a copy expect to pay. My small town charges $25.00 They are public and available to anyone who wants them. They will only tell you name, address and affiliation. Rep, Dem, Ind, etc.
Your local party has full lists. When I was a precinct captain, I got lists of all registered voters in my precinct. I would imagine if you went to your city/town/county party headquarters, you can find the information you want. To get the same info from the city/town/county electoral board could be pretty costly, depending on how populous your jurisdiction is.
There are a couple, three way to get a list;
You can apply to the county registrar’s office, usually a form for that purpose is available, however there is a small fee per name. But don’t be mislead. A penny a name for 100,000 names can get expensive for an individual to bear.
Which leads us to a second choice; contact a local “True the Vote” type group and see if you can get anything from them. They probably won’t share but you can accomplish the same thing as a volunteer.
Finally, the candidates all, routinely, get lists for mailing, “door knockers,” etc. Perhaps a local candidate of political party can help. You can always contact the state party committee. Again, if you want to volunteer for some on-going voter audit/review there are lots of folks looking for lots of help.

Is the election over? Just a thought but what if we could prove fraud and prove that Romney could have won. What if we sue and demand the military votes be accepted and counted.

For the latest voter registration list, go to your local newspaper link and click on Obituaries.
Both parties are supplied lists of registered voters of their own party, and independents, not the other party. So, it does little good, unless you can get some Democrat to turn it over to you.
If you have ever done GOTV calls, you were working from such a list. Lots and lots of old registrations and dead people that are never removed from the lists. With early voting the Democrats can determine ahead of time if those registered voters will vote and vote for them. Republicans don’t do that kind of thing.
I have heard that every single person who ever registered to vote on the reservations still vote, whether they are dead or moved off the reservation long ago.
Go to your City Clerk’s office buy the Book of Persons. It shows the name, address, party affiliation, age and occupation of everyone who lives in a city for the last two years. It is free to candidates but my city charge $25 to everyone else.

Anyone pursuing this path needs to wait until all the last day registrations are added to the lists.
Try your County's Board of Elections. In my state, this is a division of each County Clerk's office. They should have a website with information about how to contact them.
As a local candidate, I got registered voter lists, free of charge, from the County. They sent them to me by email as Excel attachments.
However if you want access to a very large number of voter names, the Board of Elections might have to put the information on some kind of storage medium (like a CD), for which you will probably have to pay a charge.
