You Ready to Get Serious Now? You Ready to Listen? (Ann Barnhardt)

So, what to do now? I have several action items for you. These are all re-hash, but I'll put them together and re-post them because maybe, just maybe, you people are actually ready to listen and do something.

1. TAX STRIKE

If you are self-employed, stop paying quarterlies and DO NOT FILE next April. Boehner rolled over this morning and announced that the "Republicans" are gung-ho to raise taxes. They can only raise taxes on you if you pay taxes. Don't pay. DO NOT FILE.

IF YOU ARE NOT SELF-EMPLOYED and your employer withholds your taxes, all you have to do is increase THE NUMBER OF EXEMPTIONS YOU CLAIM. Exemptions are NOT just wife-and-kids. People who make large charitable donations kick up their exemptions, as do people with big mortgages. In theory, there is no maximum to the number of exemptions you can claim, but 9 is considered to be the "normal" maximum. Go to your human resources / payroll department tomorrow and tell them you want to increase your exemptions and thus decrease your withholding as much as possible. Then, next April, DO NOT FILE.

There is exactly ONE non-violent remedy left to you, and that is a tax strike. If you do not do this, you are guaranteeing, and I mean 1000% guaranteeing, that there will be a massive hot war and genocide in the United States within the next decade. Go find a good teenaged boy. Look into his eyes, and then understand that if we do not starve the Putsch Regime in Washington, that boy will almost certainly die in the war.

“She has stopped paying income tax and the IRS is putting liens on anything she owns.” Yes, and that is what will happen to others who follow this “plan”. Ah, but there's something to be done there: the liens are contestable in court, as are tax evasion charges. Both are put in place by the same entity (IRS) and from the same action. But what's most interesting is the powers by which the IRS claims this authority: you see the USSC has declared that only criminal law is prohibited by the Constitution's prohibition on Ex Post Facto law, and the Congress has modified the tax-code in an Ex Post Facto manner, meaning that tax law cannot be criminal, therefore any claim of criminal transgression is under the color of law (which is a felony).

If you advocate “New Revenues” by closing “Tax Loopholes” it is a tax increase. Your tax rate may remain the same, but if you remove deductions under the guise of closing “ loopholes” the result is that more tax is paid, hence a tax increase.

There was a war fought in the 1860’s that determined that you either obey the politicians in DC or die.

Good insight.

It is said that we are a nation of laws and not men, but that's never been true. All tolerable government depends on what used to be called 'men of goodwill'. God has graciously granted America 'men of goodwill' (until now), even though the foundation for tyranny was laid in the Civil War and the framework has been rising since. The America of Goodwill, RIP.

You can’t resist the FedGov. There was a war fought in the 1860’s that determined that you either obey the politicians in DC or die.

Actually it's that sort of idea that leads to them thinking themselves invulnerable, and untouchable... but there are things we can do that would totally screw them over.

"IRS is putting liens on anything she owns"

Unfortunately, we don't own anything in America anymore, we only have obligations. Seizure / forfeiture is how many government agencies raise new revenue sources to service huge deficits that were run up to pay off their political supporters (i.e. public unions).

Want to screw ‘em over? Take kids out of public school and don’t send to a typical college where they’ll party and sleep around every night and turn into atheist liberals. Give up the entertainment. That’s their way in.

Got some bad advice once. Took five years and an awful lot of hassle to get rid of that situation. The lesson here is protest some other way than listening to an idiot.

"Barnhart is going to be penniless and in prison sooner or later."

I guess she doesn't see the irony that her present course will lead to her future housing, meals and clothing all being provided by the taxpayer.

Ok smart ass, I get that - but he did say this would be part of lowering rates. So it’s a shift. But in case you fkn haven’t heard, we lost the Presidential election and the Senate. And in case you haven’t heard, we have three branches of government. Boehner bashing is so easy so often - but its infantile to do it when its not legitimate.

Just wait, he’ll give us a legit reason soon.

Paying taxes is a tax on you. Printing money is a tax on everyone.

Ann’s gone off the deep end, too bad. She will end up in jail along with all the other tax rebels. And someone who says they are a financial advisor should know that changing withholding to delay by 3 months or a year means little to a govt. that will just print more.

Still there are ways to direct anger at the justly deserving IRS. Don’t file your return by electronic or even computer printed forms. Fill in the forms you submit by hand, and worry only about accuracy. In fact, be sure to go out of the lines and make stray marks, weird pens, etc. Make them process it by hand in return. They will be bogged down forever if enough did this.

And there’s no reason to stop with that. Leave off some minor deductions. Then a bit later submit an ameded return to get the remaining $10 back. In the same handwritten way.

Boehner has had his chances to be a leader and done nothing, and before the votes were done being counted he couldn’t wait to beind over and kowtow to Hussein. Those are facts. If you call that bashing then get your boy Boehner to dry his tears, be a man for once, and show some leadership.

I cant see why anyone would want to invite the government into their life and not filing and not paying is the quickest way to do that...

If you have any assets whatsoever this is the dumbest advice I have yet seen post election.

Yep she has; here's her reply to my email asking her to take off just the "do not file" from her website From: Ann Barnhardt To: xxxxtSent: Fri, Nov 9, 2012 03:33:40 GMT+00:00 Subject: RE: Tax strike I’m prepared to die, you miserable coward. From: xxxxxxx [mailto:xxxxx] Sent: Thursday, November 08, 2012 8:32 PM To: Ann Barnhardt Subject: Tax strike Ann, Please reconsider your actions on this and take out the recommendation to "do not file" from your website. Are you really prepared to lose EVERYTHING that you have worked so hard for? Where are you going to keep the federal reserve notes, gold, silver, etc? I remember well the "sovereign citizen"/tax protester movement back in the mid eighties early nineties. Those people ended up essentially broke and homeless if not incarcerated. Regards,

Similar to what I was thinking. What if enough people (millions) actually did fail to file taxes and make the IRS spend time warning you that you didn’t file and coming after you? Then when the jig is up hand them the tax form and payment that you filled out months ago. If enough people did that, it might have an impact.

Let me type slower so you can understand: I am not defending Boehner. I cannot stand him. However, this particular crticism was taken out of context and is not right. Go to Drudge now, see upper left, click, read, learn, then go away.

I am sure Boehner will give us plenty of legit opp to slam him soon...

Again I don't see why you want the IRS in your life but if you want to pay a monthly late payment penalty, interest on the amount due, and rick being labeled a tax avoider and being having several years of your returns audited go for it.

I think it makes much more sense in this political climate to keep your head under the barbed wire...

I'm sorry, but you people are idiots. If you bothered to read the stuff Ann puts on her webpage, you'll find that she is very well aware that she is going to prison and will end up penniless. Why is she doing it? Because she believes it is immoral to give money to a government which is so corrupt.

And how dare you quote scripture to suggest that Ann is in the wrong. The main reason she refuses to pay taxes, or the Obamacare fees, is because they are being used to fund ABORTION, as well as birth control and other wonderful things. Are you going to quote scripture to defend abortion?

Honestly, I wonder if there are even a dozen Freepers with balls anymore. I guarantee you this - if the God of the Bible does indeed reign, Ann will be in His kingdom when she goes. Will any of you? Or will you be spat out?

What can he do? Consider this fact, the Senate is in the Democrats hands as well as the President. They can vote to repell and will go no where.
What is needed is not authorize money for specific elements of the law. If we can take all 20 Seats in Senate in 2014 and increase the house to 2/3rds then they can pass the bill to kill it, Obama rejects it and then over ride his veto. That is the only solutions now.
