They are ill with the same pathology that, in other settings, would spawn Stalins and Che Guevaras.

I think it all boils down to rebellion against God. Whether it’s gay rights, or abortion, or “separation of church and state”, or forcing Catholics to violate their conscience, liberals first and foremost want to do whatever they desire, no matter how debauched, and they resent God because He sets out a moral code that is at odds with their desires. Add to that the childish wish to have others provide their “free stuff” and you have a toxic combination of rebelliousness and self-centeredness.
There truly is nothing new under the sun. This is just the age-old battle between the “desires of the flesh” and the need for God. I think we are finally very near the last days. I just can’t imagine a society like this, that increasingly is able to legislate its degenerate desires, lasting a whole lot longer. If God doesn’t judge it soon, it will tear itself apart.
Socialism rests on the bond of aggressive cultural cleansing, hatred and envy. It does not make for good manners. It is a never ending, vile blood lust.
The Soviets murdered over one hundred million people. The Nazis murdered six million Jews. The Chi-coms murder and enslave millions (we don’t know the full extent of what they do because you can get murdered for reporting on it.)
Obama’s Ayers/Dornan 60’s revolutionary pals estimated they would have to murder about 25 million Americans to lauch the utopia of Marxism.
The Marxists here have officially named all of their political and social enemies, including military vets, constitutionalists, pro-lifers, pro-second amendment activists as America’s domestic terrorists. They progressed so far as to ban God from their party.
Of course I antogonized them. I told them the truth!
One was going off about how mean Republican obstructionists are to the poor little President. I mentioned speaking truth to power. The meltdown ensued. First time I’ve laughed and meant it since the news last night.

That'll set 'em off every time. I've been talking today about the "New Normal" - that the people voted their approval of higher prices, higher unemployment, higher healthcare costs. If you liked the last 4 years, I say, you'll like the next 4, because that's what you're gonna get. $4 a gallon gas, foreclosures, layoffs, business bankruptcies and stagnant wages. Runaway growth in gov't and zero growth in the economy. Endless deficits and insurmountable debt. With their votes, the American people declared what they wanted, and they'll get it. Meanwhile, Obama will be globehopping in AF1, sipping champagne and munching lobster on our dime.
