Does this mean that the same percentage of Blacks are also: For Abortion anti-capitalism For Homosexual marriage For the legalization of marijuana Will the same percentage of African Americans always vote Democrat regardless of the skin color of the candidate?

I do agree the GOP has to figure out a way to bring Conservative Blacks and Latinos into the fold. The trick is to do it in a way that won’t drive away the base.

I bet the numbers were similar in Chicago too. My pct. has a black population of around 20-30%. But on election day, around 50% of the people who showed up to vote were black.
