I know it’s not a glib assertion to say that the Democrat leviathan cannot survive without the working capital of conservatives, but are you factoring in the working capital of all of us and the rapidly shrinking size thereof? I believe Gingrich would have painted 0bama the communist he is. 0bama could not stand up to the intelect of Gingrich.I do believe that Gingrich would have handed Obama his a$$ during the debates, and that many people, myself included, would have loved to watch that. But that's a far cry from getting elected. Gingrich comes across as mean to many people, and he has more baggage than a 747 awaiting departure.
The bottom line is that the average voter is now socially liberal than our candidates. Hard is it is to accept, the exit polling data shows quite clearly that the election was not decided on the economy.
Most people vote for whoever promises free stuff, no matter what. But as ye reap, so shall ye sow. Meanwhile, maybe I can get one of those free Obama "pho's" ...

Who would you have preferred in the election against Obama? Palin had her shot, but she blew it by playing coy about whether she was going to run or not. She probably had the most legitimate shot at winning had she taken a run seriously.
But that wouldn’t change facts though that Romeny was/is a RINO of the highest degree. I didn’t subscribe to the idea to let us hit rock bottom and then come out swinging as conservatives or as a new conservative party once America is brought to her knees. I voted for Romeny holding my nose voting “anyone but Obama”.
I walked in the booth 4 years ago with the intention of third party. I saw Palin and voted for her.
This year I walked in voting against O and voted for Romney.
I dont believe anything that the fed say, nothing at all. And I know for a fact that the CIA has fixed elections overseas for many decades. We elected the head of the CIA and all presidents since then have been his good buddies.
The point of my rant = I dont believe the vote numbers. O knew he would win and Romney ran like someone going through the motions

Newt would have fought back, he would have fought hard to get Libya on the front page of every news paper. He would slam Obama on the Fast and Furious and he would have hit him hard on The Economy. Newt is a fighter. He would have taken hits for his past, but Obama has a pretty shady past also.

The question is were is that point were small business owners stop fearing jail and are willing to starve the beast? Ive reached that point. Im willing to start fighting back. Why aren’t more people willing? I have a family. I realize it will hurt us. But i want the country I grew up in available for my young daughter. Why are so many people unwilling to do the work necessary to rid us of this oppressive govt?!?!?!
