Just a quick Question: So, How long before we see the next big wave of Lay-offs.
Second Question: Christmas Shopping Season, what will retailers discover, Boom or Bust?
The first wave of 780.000 job cuts came in Jan.’09 when U.S. business owners realized that the most ignorant electorate on the planet had voted a Marxist to the presidency. The Kenyan has used that number ever since to tell how bad it was when he took office.
If we have a similar repeat in Jan. ‘13 he will have some explaining to do.
Layoffs will start ASAP.120,000 were delayed until after the election.
This week, maybe next. Meanwhile, while I still have a job I’m off to work before sunrise, and I’ll be coming home tonight with the headlights on too. After all, there are several families of illegals counting on me, and a bunch of young women waiting for their free birth control and on-demand abortions.
Today. Expect Martin Marrieta to announce 176,000 to be let go under the WARN act, which under the law, was to have been announced b4 the election. Zero twisted he CEO to delay the announcement.
Thanks for the chuckle, even though you are sadly all too correct.
I hope every damned Obama voter gets laid off in the near future...of course, niot that many are employed to start with...
I’m all ready deciding who to layoff this am. In construction. Can’t afford afford gas anymore and can’t take 4 more years like the last 4.
Amen - every Obama voter without a job. Lose their houses, live in a tent.
The Obama Surge is happening, now.
Let me put it this way...
The 47%, will soon become the 55% (or thereabouts).
I hope every damned Obama voter gets laid off in the near future...of course, not that many are employed to start with...
I don’t know if I’ll have a defense sector job in a year. Time to hunker down.
December, at the latest. Christmas shopping will be way down.
Headed out the door now, running late because I didn’t get much sleep last night. But my post was absolutely not intended as a joke (I think you know that) I am 100% serious about that. I know my taxes are going to those very things.
I'd start with anyone who has an Obama bumper sticker or seems happy about the election results.
Election’s over. Sequestration related lay off notices go out.
Laying off some this week. Thing is, they don’t even know its coming. Oh, and about the 47% becoming 55%, so be it. Plan to pay a lot less taxes too.
The company my husband works for will begin discussions and planning for the closure of the company by January 1, 2014.
