Vanity: George Bush got more votes in '04 than Obama did in '12

Why do i point this out?? Its the GOP's fault- they've turned their backs on us...they continue to fight like little girls...they continue to bend over and take it from a criminal liberal media....they continue to be afraid to attack obama for fear of being called racists....they turner their backs on us, the Tea Party, after we handed them a huge victory in 2010.....I don't want to hear about a changing electorate- if we compare last night's voter tally to 2004 we win- difference is the GOP fought hard back then- since 2006 they've fought like little girls

After his re-election, George Bush had his first news conference. The press, who hated him, had a fit when he said he now had a mandate and would try to do something about Social Security. The Dems howled and declared he did not have a mandate at all, and his ideas to help fund SS were DOA.

This morning, with fewer votes than Bush received, all be hear is that Obama has a mandate to blah, blah, blah. Sickening.

Everytime a Democrat wins it is a mandate.

where were the McCain voters?

Vote totals:

2008:

OBama 69,297,997
McCain: 59,597,520

2012

Obama: 54,773,837
Romney 53,716,689

Looks like too many conservatives stayed home. McCain would have beat Obama with his vote numbers this time.

First time in over 100 years a President has been re-elected to a second term (Yes, FDR 3rd and 4th are exceptions) with fewer votes than he go first time. The election was all about voter suppression. I think Romney’s fatal flaw was likely Romneycare, not able to effectively use Obamacare against Bozo. Bottom line... Obozo’s governance drove people away by the millions.

GWB didn’t fight hard in 2004; the Swift Boat Veterans did his work, and he seemed ungrateful. Then he delivered the Kerry inaugural address in 2005. He never recovered.

How the heck was turn out so low? I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to vote in my life. I’m a stay at home mom so I always go around 10am to avoid crowds. I was in line nearly an hour! These numbers make no sense.

Are ALL the Popular vote totals in yet?

I heard Britt Hume say it takes weeks to get the totals from Kalifornia.

The so called men that lead the party are a bunch of crybabies, Boner cries on camera, Christy said he went home and cried after talking to the old rocker, (what ever his name was). It is totally unseemly for a man to cry in public short of having a death in the family...Politicans that cry in public hasn’t got the balls to lead a government. Hell, they cannot even control their emotions as well as Republician women. Every time Boners name is mentioned I get a mental picture of him crying, yea he can sure lead the party. The last time a democrat male cried in public he was beaten by his own party like a rented mule....It appears as though men of today are truly feminized. They don’t need to get in touch with their feminine side, they need to find out where their balls are and what they should be used for in public politics.

If they must cry, go home and hide in the closet and cry your heart out, blow your nose, straighten their spine and go out in public again...I don’t want to see suppose leaders crying on TV. Republicans haven’t had a man in leadership since they forced out “the hammer”...
