I haven’t watched those channels in years.
Last time I watched MSNBC was when Equal Time was on with Ollie North and Paul Begala. That was like 13 years ago.
I’m even done with Fox.
Gosh, I have not done network news (including Fox) in 10 years.
I deleted those channels from my television. Check out the set-ups. You won’t get them when you channel surf.
The networks don’t care whether we watch their drivel or not.
What they do care about is whether their sponsors think anyone watches them.
When ad revenues for the nets dry up the way they have for the NYTimes, then we’ll hear the death rattle - no sooner.
Like the others I’ve not watched any of the networks um... ever.
Well mostly, the last time I remember even having them on was the coverage of the 9/11 attacks. I got home shortly after the first reported attack and I managed to tape every network channel I could get on different TVs. I think I got 12 or so hours (2 tapes at extended) from ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox.
I guess I need to get them converted over to DVDs sometime soon before they go bad if they haven’t already.

I’ve already done what you suggest; doesn’t help. Don’t watch that awful Fox channel either. And Rush Limbaugh misled me in the past few months, thinking Obama could be unseated.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always known that the media has been lying to me. But I still watched them because they were my only source of news at the time. I had no choice.
Then I discovered rush limbaugh in September 1990. My watching the regular news dropped quite a bit. When I did watch the news, it was usually to get the weather.
Then I got cable tv for the first time in 1996. I now had c-span (one of Rush’s favorite news sources) which provided me with those little details and events (NRA conventions, Heritage Foundation round tables, etc) that the liberal media usually prefered I not know about and did their best to keep from me. My watching the regular news stations dropped even more. I had the weather channel and so, did not need a weather report from the msm.
Then I got a computer and internet access for the very first time in 1997. My watching days of the usual suspects on ABC, CBS, NBC, etc, were completely done (with the exception of watching the live events of 9/11)
I’ve long since stayed away from watching anything political on tv. No conventions, no political speeches. No election results. My tv is a tool which I use to give me only escapist, entertaining hours. I use it to watch my favorite movies and tv shows, and nothing else. I get all my news on the internet. And then only in small doses. This is what helped me get through clintons second term and obamas first term.
Duh!
I quit about 5 years ago. Very refreshing and you never get any factual news on them anyway. I may watch some local news on them occasionally, but never national ‘news’ as it’s propaganda and not news.
I gave up on all of them, Fox included, years ago. Blech. I have a good view up here on the ledge...
