[Rational Thought]

There is only one bright side to tonight's results. Moderate (or Liberal) Republican candidates don't win Presidential elections. I know that many of us were so desperate to get rid of Obama that we fooled ourselves into believing that Romney was a Conservative. But in reality, he was probably not even close.

While I'm fearful of what's going to transpire in the months or weeks ahead, and we'll never know for sure, a Romney victory tonight might have eliminated Conservatism for good. I'm in the minority I'm sure, but even though I ended up voting for the guy, I still believe he wasn't our friend, just a little less bad than the other choice.

Now the question becomes, is our ideology still prevalent enough to fight whats coming with tonight's results?

NO YOUR NOT! 100 agreement here, but we conservatives have got to learn to put our disagreements aside and support even the imperfect candidate. Win all the small battles and ultimately you win the war. We could always throw the bum out after 4 years for somebody better

NO! We past the tipping point.

So many people on food stamps, EBT, welfare, government employment and the young the last 30 years have been polluted by union public school teachers. I think you can stick a fork in us. We created a cancer from within.
