There will almost certainly be two retirements on the Court, and possibly as many as four by 2016...and the Democrats control the Senate. Obama will be able to pack the Court for the next 20 years.

In typical lefty fashion they won't decree it illegal... just make every tenet illegal.
That is the one big, if not the biggest, issue of importance in this campaign. Obama nominated Supreme Court judges that misrepresented their plans and had no intention of living up to their oath to support the Constitution. That greatly subverts the rule of law and makes all laws and rights uncertain as the whims of judges will now be the rule.
However, it was virtually ignored in a campaign focused on the economy. The economy was not crucial in this election because the general electorate have heard four years of “its getting better!” propaganda and have gotten used to the mediocre economic situation. The related American cultural values of freedom and prosperity are not understood by 21st century Americans.
Second amendment is in their sights.
Is that any scarier than another 10 trillion $ of debt?
Two more appointments is enough to finish off this nation.
The youth of our country,they know not what they choose. The takers, blacks, illegals are counting on U. S. to pay the bill.

There's plenty of scary things to go around, granted...but the blame for the debt is shared with Congress. Supreme Court picks, on the other hand, can be blamed on a single person; the buffoon-in-chief, in this case.
I firmly believe Obama said those words in full confidence that he would "win" reelection. Just as Saddam was confident in each election he "won" in Iraq...

The supreme court went to hell 40 years ago when it legalized child sacrifice. This life we are headed into is expected.

Actually, looking at Romney’s judicial picks it looks like this was a wash.
Romney *is* a liberal.
